Your First Visit
Consultation
You will meet with Dr. Maxine or Dr. Joe to review your health history as well to create your vision of ideal living.
Examination
You will receive a Spinal Health Assessment to determine your level of function and to create a baseline to work from. These examinations are done every 12 visits to determine your progress, and it aides Dr. Maxine and Dr. Joe in understanding the cause of your health challenge(s) and to create your customized Care Plan.
The testing for the initial exam will include:
-A digitized posture scan
-A thermal scan to see exactly where the inflammation is around your spine
-A surface EMG to determine if you have muscles that are not working equally around your spine
-Heart rate variability to determine your stress levels
X-Rays
It may be necessary to take X-Rays of your spine to determine the severity and complexity of the subluxation complex that is causing your problems and to rule out any pathology. To see is to know; not to see is to guess. Dr. Maxine and Dr. Joe will NOT guess about your health!
Your Second Visit – Report of Findings
During your second visit, we will share what we discovered about your health based on your Consultation, Exams, Scans, and X-Rays (if they were taken). From there, we will provide your Customized Care Plan, which is the route for regaining and keeping your health. We find that it’s much easier to bring your spouse/significant other with you so that they can hear what our reports say concerning your health.
As well, it’s best when your spouse/significant other can ask questions if they so desire. Plan to spend 30-minutes at our office during this visit. All other visits last about 10 minutes. We fully embrace that you do not live to get adjusted but rather get adjusted to FULLY LIVE!!
Adjustment
You will be checked for vertebral subluxation and if present you’ll get adjusted. It’s as simple as that.
We are honored to partner with you for optimum living! You’ve done the hardest thing already…got here! It’s smooth sailing for you and you’re in the right place.
